New Year’s Eve Karma Clearing Reset
Service Description
Are you looking for a way to let go of the year and set some clear and grounded intention for the new one? Are you ready to start the New Year with clarity instead of a hangover? Join us for this special event to help you let go of the old and step into the new with fresh energy and clear intention for the year to come. This New Years Eve workshop includes a writing exercise called recapitulation that will be practiced as a group in which we write down a list of our perceived failures and emotionally charged events along with the highlights and successes from the previous year. We will then write our intentions for the New Year and bring home all that was written to burn or bury them without attachment. You will then receive a deep guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra that will take you deeper into your process of letting go of the past and will replenish you so you can sustain growth in the New Year. Yoga Nidra is a powerful healing practice that guides you into a space for restoration and quieting of the nervous system and can be practiced by anyone. We will end the night with a meditation practice that will inspire you to fall in love with the life you have right now so you can stay grounded in gratitude as you prepare to make changes to your life. We then suggest going home for a quiet evening of reflection or connecting with loved ones that will support your work for starting the New Year with clarity and awakened insight. No writing or yoga experience required! This workshop is perfect for doing together as a couple, with friends or with anyone who would like a sober experience on New Year's Eve. Bring a pen and some writing paper/notebook. We will be sitting in a circle and have access to props but a clipboard may be useful for writing time.

By booking a service with Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center, you agree to the following: Liability Waiver I acknowledge that participating in yoga and wellness services involves inherent risks of physical injury or other damages, including but not limited to muscular injuries, broken bones, or complications from pre-existing medical conditions. I agree that I voluntarily participate in these services with knowledge of the risks involved, and I agree to accept any and all risks of harm. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center, its instructors, practitioners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in any services or activities without limitation, which may occur as a result of following advice offered by Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center. Health Acknowledgment I affirm that I am in good physical condition to participate in wellness and yoga services and will notify Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center of any medical conditions or concerns prior to participation. I understand that Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center is not a medical facility and its instructors are not medically trained to assess my physical condition. Cancellation Policy I understand that appointments and services booked require planning and resources on behalf of Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center. I agree that in the event of a cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, I will be charged in full for the service. This charge compensates the center for the time set aside for me and for the resources allocated. Consent By booking a service with Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center, I signify my agreement to this waiver and release. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and understand its contents; I am aware this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center.
