Participating in a Family Constellation workshop is a form of ancestral healing and can help release unhealthy habits, patterns, anxiety, anger and depression. The process itself uncovers patterns and dynamics that are often at the root of financial inconsistency, addiction, relationship issues and health problems.

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to participate in a Family Constellation workshop, and everyone can benefit from the experience.

Robin is the owner of Always-At-Aum School, a nationally recognized Yoga Alliance certified school that is hosted at yoga studios across the country. They offer a 200hr, 300hr, Hot Yoga, Kids Yoga, Stand-Up Paddle-board Yoga, and Reiki trainings multiple times a year. Robin holds additional certifications as a Family Constellation Facilitator, Enneagram Coach and Reiki Master/Trainer.
